Laurie Lewis, DNP
Laurie has over 30 years of healthcare experience, having prior senior leadership experience in acute care, post-acute, infusion therapy, and mental health. Laurie holds a Masters in Health Administration and Masters in Nursing Administration from University of Texas at Arlington, and a Doctor of Science in Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University.
Aziza Khakimova, APRN
Aziza brings ten years of clinical experience to the team from emergency dispatch, medical translation (Russian, Spanish), operating room duties, blood drives, and as a family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Cleveland State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University.
Hope Williams, RDN
Hope is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist with 20 years experience. She has worked in fitness centers, WIC clinics, tribal health, and health clinics. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, her dietetic internship at Iowa State University, and Master of Public Health at Capella University, Minneapolis.
John Pallas
John is a data scientist with ten years of experience delivering executive-ready intelligence. His data expertise is in healthcare operational decision-making and measuring clinical impact. John holds a degree in economics from the University of Illinois.

Jack Fuller, LPC
Before founding Archive, Jack worked at Boston Consulting Group, Per Capita think tank in Australia, and The School of Life in London. He has a degree in neuroscience from Melbourne University and a doctorate in theology from Oxford University where he studied on a Rhodes Scholarship. He is co-author of The Imagination Machine (Harvard Business Press, 2021).
Justin Schlitz
Justin brings ten years of strategy and operations experience to Archive. He borrows inspiration from prior high-growth experiences at Lyft, CloudKitchens, Fast Radius and Otter Childcare. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
Christina O'Neill
Christina has experience in recruiting at TotalMed Staffing and brings a robust understanding of talent acquisition best practices in healthcare. She also has experience in administrative analysis and system development in county government. Christina holds a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly Humboldt.
Kelsey Mason
Kelsey brings nine years of HR experience to the team, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and company culture. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Organizational Leadership from the University of Mary, and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Tristan Acosta-Pecina
Tristan brings to the team research experience in the collegiate and public policy systems for occupational and mental health. She holds a Masters of Health Sciences in Environmental Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Case Western Reserve University.
