Management Team
Jack Fuller, LPC
Jack is a depth therapist, with a degree in neuroscience from Melbourne University and a doctorate in theology from Oxford University where he studied on a Rhodes Scholarship. Previously Jack worked at Boston Consulting Group. He is the co-author of The Imagination Machine (Harvard Business Press, 2021).
Justin Schlitz
Justin serves as the "catch-all" on Jack’s team, filling in gaps as needed. Responsibilities include strategic planning, oversight of Human Resources, project management, and ad hoc CEO support. Justin borrows inspiration from prior high-growth experiences at Lyft, CloudKitchens, Fast Radius and Otter Childcare.
Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Minnesota.
Christina O'Neill
Christina joins us from TotalMed, Inc and has built out our Recruiting function as a team of one. She is responsible for staffing across all clinical locations and Central Operations roles.
Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Humboldt State University.
Aziza Khakimova, APRN
With the dual role of Certified Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Operations Coordinator, Aziza provides patient care, as well as contributes to the growth of Archive.
Aziza received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Cleveland State University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University.
Kelsey Mason, MOL, SHRM-CP
Kelsey brings broad Human Resources experience to the team, and serves all Archive Health employees as the point person for all things HR - benefits, payroll, compliance, insurance, policy and more.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Minnesota and a Master of Organizational Leadership degree from University of Mary.
Tristan Acosta-Pecina, MHS
Tristan brings with her research experience in the collegiate and public policy systems for occupational and mental health. She contributes to the organization and structure of the company.
Tristan holds a Masters of Health Sciences in Environmental Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Case Western Reserve University.
John Pallas
John is a Data Scientist with 10 years of experience delivering executive-ready intelligence. His work supports our operational decision-making and demonstrates our clinical impact.
John holds a degree in economics from the University of Illinois.
