Clinical Team
Laurie Lewis, DNP
Laurie has over 30 years of healthcare experience, with prior senior leadership experience in acute care, post-acute care, infusion therapy and mental health. Laurie holds a master’s in health administration and a master’s in nursing administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Doctor of Science in nursing practice from Grand Canyon University.
Aziza Khakimova, APRN
Aziza brings 10 years of clinical experience to the team, including emergency dispatch, medical translation (Russian, Spanish), operating room duties, blood drives, and work as a family nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Cleveland State University and her master’s in nursing from Ohio University.
Tristan Acosta-Pecina
Tristan brings five years of research experience in the collegiate and public policy systems for occupational and mental health to the team. She holds a master’s degree in environmental health from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Case Western Reserve University.
Rebecca Gayheart, DNP
Rebecca has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, including internal medicine, hospice and palliative care, and hematology and oncology. She obtained a master’s degree in clinical nurse leadership from Sacred Heart University, a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner studies from Wheeling Jesuit University, and recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Aspen University.
Hope Williams, RDN
Hope is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist with 20 years of experience. She has worked in fitness centers, WIC clinics, tribal health and health clinics. She completed her bachelor’s degree in dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, her dietetic internship at Iowa State University, and a master’s in public health at Capella University in Minneapolis.
John Pallas
John is a data scientist with 10 years of experience delivering executive-ready intelligence. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Illinois. John is also a depth therapist with a master’s degree in counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. Active in the depth therapy community, he has completed advanced studies at the CG Jung Institute of Chicago.
Holly Pratt
Holly brings 13 years of education, editing and publishing experience to Archive. She has previously worked as a teacher at the secondary and tertiary levels, and as assistant director and editor for independent publishing houses and literary magazines. She holds an MFA in creative writing from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Rhodes University.

Jack Fuller, LPC
Before founding Archive, Jack worked at Boston Consulting Group, the Per Capita think tank in Australia, and The School of Life in London. He has a degree in neuroscience from Melbourne University and a doctorate in theology from Oxford University, where he studied on a Rhodes Scholarship. He is co-author of The Imagination Machine (Harvard Business Press, 2021).
Paul Miller, CPA
Paul is a seasoned financial professional with a robust history in financial and treasury management, GAAP and tax compliance, and strategic planning across various industries. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting control systems from the University of North Texas, Paul is also a member of esteemed professional organizations, including the Texas Society of CPAs and the AICPA.
Christina O'Neill
Christina brings three years of recruiting experience at TotalMed Staffing and a robust understanding of talent acquisition best practices in healthcare to the team. She also has three years of experience in administrative analysis and system development in county government. Christina holds a bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt.
Christina Valdez
Christina brings over 10 years of accounting experience, having worked in the private-equity sector with high-growth tech companies. She has assisted with acquisition due diligence, annual audits and accounting system conversions. She is a graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Texas is her home.
